The main objective of this site is to share with my readers the healthy style of living that I follow. Feel free to follow in my foot steps, modify workouts or meals, or simply follow the restaurants and shops I go to in Chicago, IL.

This book truly inspired me to enjoy the food I eat, to be thoughtful in what I put in my meals, and to use true foods as sweeteners rather than using refined sugars.  Nadia's delicious recipes and gorgeous photos of her work and travels are truly inspiring.
