While in Greece, Tyler and I decided to walk to most places. We chose to walk so that we could truly see everything and "act like a local". We didn't blend in, but we sure got our steps in- what a beautiful and natural way to stay active!
We were lucky enough to stay in hotels where there were absolutely magnificent views.
With those views, we often had quite a few stairs to walk. We certainly got our fix of low impact workouts while walking at an incline all day!
