Ginger, Peach Smoothie Bowl

After a workout in the morning, I love to enjoy a #smoothiebowl!

Today, I chose to make a smoothie that would be sweet and filling. This smoothie has some hidden ingredients that will allow you to get your veggies in :)


Ingredients and process:

One cup frozen (boiled and then frozen) cauliflower

1/2 a banana

1 cup frozen peaches

1/4 cup coconut water

1.5 Tbsp fresh (peeled and frozen) ginger

Blend all ingredients then pour into a bowl. Top with #traderjoes coconut granola and #letsdoorganic coconut flakes.

You could also add sliced peaches, candied ginger on top of your smoothie!

( I also added 1 scoop of vanilla, vegan protein powder to the blender because this was a post-workout meal and I wanted some protein to help rejuvenate my muscles! )
